Kids

We enjoy welcoming kids to the shop, but we do cater to an adult clientele and environment.

Effective November 12, 2021, we will no longer be accepting new clients under the age of 12. Our existing kids clientele are always welcome in the shop.

For the safety of our barbers and the experience of our patrons, we will not cut anyone’s hair who does not want a haircut or screams/cries/wiggles during their service.

Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website, Instagram or Facebook page. Feel free to call the shop to inquire about walk-ins or to be placed on our cancellation list.

Arriving Late

We understand that being on time isn’t always possible, but if you suspect you that might be running behind (heavy traffic, work call, etc) please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate/reschedule the appointment. Turning clients away who have arrived late to their appointment is a bummer for us too, we only earn money when we’re cutting hair!

Clients arriving late to their scheduled appointment will be marked as a no-show and will have to reschedule their service.

Appointment cancellations/modifications made within 2 hours of scheduled service time will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee. Two or more no-shows on a client profile will result in a loss of online booking privileges.

Cancelling or Rescheduling your Appointment

You will receive a text reminder 24 hours prior to your service. Appointments modified within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will be recorded as a no-show. Since we do not have much walk-in traffic at our location, it is difficult to fill spots with short notice.

Ghosting Your Barber

Life happens, we get it. But if something unexpected prevents you from making your appointment, please let us know.

You can modify your appointment through the reminder text up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled service time. After that, you can call us or text us at 250-740-5125 to let us know you are unable to make it in.

Standing up your barber without any type of communication will result in a 100% rebooking fee and will be recorded as a no-show. Two or more no-shows on a clients profile will result in a loss of online booking privileges.

Parking

We have three dedicated spots in front of our shop. There is also street parking available along Wingrove Street and Departure Bay Road.

Please do not park in the spots adjacent to the shop marked “Resident Parking Only”. These are reserved for the tenants who live above the shop.
